Perfect for large family gatherings, this stately oceanfront home provides 8 bedrooms, 2 living areas and massive, vaulted ceilings for guests looking to relax along the pristine shores of Caswell Beach. Tasteful decor and plentiful amenities (including a wine cooler) welcome your family with all-level elevator access ensuring that anyone in your party can enjoy everything this home has to offer. A new fridge, dishwasher, and dining room set have also been added to the home. Not specific to just the inside, the home provides tons of outdoor space for fun and relaxation, including a dune-level gazebo and sun deck! The walkway to the ocean was recently extended 147-feet to provide access over all of the dunes directly to the beach. In addition, a new 12-feet by 12-feet sitting area was added near the dune closest to the beach making it the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee and watch for dolphins.

With 3 deep parking bays, the home provides interior space for at least 6 cars protecting them from the saltwater spray. The ground level game room is equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table and ping pong table for your enjoyment. (Please bring your own ping pong paddles and balls, just to be safe.) An elliptical and TV were recently added to provide guests with an opportunity for some quick cardio exercise. The main level of the home features an expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, a large and well-equipped kitchen and dining area, an ocean view primary suite with king bed, spa bath and shower, laundry room, a half bath in the foyer, and 2 additional bedrooms (an ocean view with a queen, and 2 marsh view rooms with 2 queens) which share a bath. Across the ocean side of the main level, guests will love the fabulous, furnished deck and covered porches off the master suite and dining room.

The upper level overlooks the open great room, features a 2nd king primary suite, 4 additional bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a marsh view balcony, and a 2nd, comfortably furnished living area. This additional living space offers guests a TV, toys, games and a game table for the kids so that the adults may enjoy themselves downstairs. The primary suite and living area each have their own private balcony.

We have a large family with lots of kids and this home was perfect. The house was roomy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had more than adequate supplies. When we arrived the home was very clean and ready for us. The house has many books, puzzles and videos. We will stay here again.
