Located in the heart of Oak Island, The Palms condominium community is ideally positioned in the East Beach area of the island where you'll find numerous ice cream shops, other restaurants, grocery stores and shopping establishments - all within walking distance. A bathing suit and your flip flops are all you'll need with a beach vacation in the Palms at Long Bay 3204.

Right next to the Ocean Walk condo complex, The Palms at Long Bay is an excellent choice for your upcoming trip. These three bedroom condos offer an elevator, seasonal swimming pool, and seasonal hot tub. Please note that the condo pool and hot tub is controlled and maintained by homeowner's association. Margaret Rudd and Associates cannot guarantee availability of the pool during your stay. Traditionally, the pool has been open Memorial day to the end of September, we have seen delays or early closures due to weather or extenuating circumstances.

We had a fantastic week in this amazing condo. It was clean, neat, beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything needed. Loved having all the linens and towels provided . Close to beach, shopping and dining. I hope we can return again. Thank you for sharing this home!

Smoothest rental we have ever had. The team was easy to work with and we had a very slight issue when we arrived at the condo and they fixed very quickly. The Palms was very nice and the unit we stayed in was so great for our family. 2023 vacation in the books and a huge thank you to Margaret Rudd company.
