Pelicans Way is a great sound front four-bedroom home with an inverted floor plan that puts the kitchen and living area on the upper floor where all the amazing views await you. The home is just a short stroll to the beach and has a great fishing dock on the marsh that is waiting for you to drop a crab or fishing line in at the end of your beach day! The floating dock also has twin Jet Skis mooring/flotation units available to renters who own or wish to rent PWCs during their stay.

On the entry level is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest bedroom across the front of the house has a seating area and opens onto the covered ocean-side porch. The kitchen/dining/living rooms are located on the upper level with gorgeous views of the marsh and sound. There is a primary bedroom and bathroom on this level as well as a powder room. The bedroom opens onto an ocean-side balcony with great ocean views.

Overall

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Had plenty of room. The view of the canal was great. It was so close to the beach. really a 5 min. walk.

Overall

loved this place. nice open living room/kitchen. 5 bathrooms with 3 showers was nice. short walk to beach. lots of outdoor and indoor seating for everyone.
